About Us

HUNTER CUSTOM HOMES is locally owned and operated by Terry Hunter. Terry has been involved in construction for over 35 years. He has operated his construction business in Edgewood for over 30 years. Terry is joined by son Mark Hunter in the business.  Terry and his wife, Sheila, have 2 sons – Terry Jr. & his wife, Crystal, and Mark; 2 daughters – Kristin & her husband, Tyson, and April & her husband, Kevin; and 7 grandchildren – Ashton, Jake, Chance, Lizzie, Hunter, Grayson, & Dylan.  Terry and Sheila also own and operate Hunter Ranch and raise Brangus cattle.

Terry is a member of First Baptist Church of Edgewood and has been involved in the community. He has been a member of the Edgewood Volunteer Fire Department, served as school board member, served on the Edgewood Economic Development Committee, and was instrumental in the development of the Edgewood City Park.
